Sponsorship Information for Fall 2006 - Spring 2007
Dear Youth Hockey Supporter,
Malden Youth Hockey is looking to local businesses for financial sponsorship. Malden Youth Hockey
has been a staple in the community for many years and hopes to continue to flourish. The hockey season runs
each year from September through April. As you can imagine, this is a costly sport. Malden Youth Hockey
offers a learn to skate clinic, figure skating, and travel teams for children ages 4 - 18. Sponsorship for the 2006
- 2007 season is $300.00.
Sponsorship will include:
- Your company name listed on a banner displayed in the Malden Valley Forum II Rink for the year.
- A sponsorship plaque presented to your company at our awards banquet at the end of the season.
- Your company will be listed on our website with a link to your company’s website.
Deadline for Sponsorship is October 30, 2006
Malden Youth Hockey appreciates your support. Malden Youth Hockey will accept any donation.

concerns. Malden Youth Hockey will provide any sponsor with our tax ID number.
